Again, you get that ripe, raw fruit aroma from the 2015 Barolo Mariondino, with lots of plummy dark fruit and dried blackberry at the back. On the Parusso scale (one that always prizes intensity), this wine is mid-weight in approach, calling for something like a wild boar dish. There is also a note of sour cherry on the close.
Extremely complex and intense aromas of sliced meat, flowers and ripe fruit, but perfumed at the same time. Full-bodied, very chewy and powerful with a long and flavorful finish.
