Almost more white or straw colored than rosé, the 2018 Cotes de Provence Rose Chateau de Selle is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Crushed stone accents peach, melon and lime on the nose, while the palate is light to medium-bodied, silky and long, finishing with a tactile—almost chalky—sensation.
