superb purity, and an intense, exotic, spicy, cherry, perfumed personality. The
finish goes on and on in this full-bodied, super-intense, velvety-textured,
spectacularly concentrated, low acid wine. Drink this awesome Barolo over
the next two decades. Clerico's performance in 1990 further establishes him
as one of Piedmont's superstars. Unfortunately, only microscopic quantities
of these wines are available.
