An elegant Champagne, with a creamy, finely meshed range of pastry cream, yellow apple and pear, almond biscotti, elderflower and preserved lemon flavors. Shows a rich underpinning of toast and smoke, with a frame of bright, delicate acidity. Long, plush finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Yellow stone fruit nuances underlaid with fine herbal spices and orange zest, a touch of sponge cake, delicately reminiscent of kumquat zest, and blossom honey is underlaid. Juicy, fine fruit sweetness, plus a firm, stimulating acidity, nuances of mango and peach in the finish, mineral touch in the finish, already very accessible overall, shows length, a versatile food companion.
