Jasper Morris: The Sentiers shows a much deeper plump crimson colour than the previous wines. Dark rich fruit leaps out in exuberant fashion, I wouldn’t want this to be any riper but it is not cooked. Indeed, it finishes with a fresh feel and there’s plenty to enjoy. Good length.
