This dark ruby-colored wine offers spicy, smoky oak and soft, ripe, cherry and red currant flavors presented in a compressed but alluring, medium-bodied, finesse-filled format. Some tannin is present, but the overall impression is one of pretty fruit and a dry, crisp finish.
