This is one of the sexy 2005s, a rarity given this slow-evolving vintage that is evolving more like a glacier. Dense ruby/purple, with sweet cassis fruit, black cherries, fruitcake and cedar, this full-bodied wine has a luscious texture. This is a big La Dominique from proprietor Clément Fayat.
