The 2018 Kirchberg Spätburgunder GG opens with an attractively fresh and aromatic bouquet of dark berries and volcanic flinty notes that give precision and distinction. Silky and fresh on the palate, this is full-bodied, concentrated and tightly structured yet refined and persistent, with a highly promising and stimulating finish. Great Pinot from the Kaiserstuhl.

Very young, but already so expressive with tension that gives it great appeal. The sour-cherry and floral aromas are effortlessly married to dark-mineral character and great freshness, which make it really exciting thought the long, vibrant finish.
