From red sandstone soils, the 2022 Ruppertsberger Hoheburg P.C. is very fine and coolish on the nose that is reminiscent of crushed stones and salts, straw and fully ripe Riesling berries. Very elegant, fresh and refined on the palate, this is a saline and savory, structured dry Riesling with good intensity and a long, aromatic, crunchy/grippy and seriously structured finish. It's very mineral but still playful and aromatic. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork.

Complex nose of mirabelle, spice and chamomile. At once ripe and fleshy with a vibrant citrusy acidity and flinty energy. Juicy and refined with a lovely freshness that lifts the generous body. Long, textural and elegant finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Wild-fermented in large neutral oak. Vegan.
