It’s youthfully dense and backward yet still quite complex. A silken wave of ripe red and black fruits swirls across the palate, gaining energy and a tactile grip toward the close. The 2019 excels through its acidity—racy and wickedly fresh. Hints of blood orange resonate above a coating of fine-grained tannins, leaving savory nuances of sage and olive to resonate.
