Nose: A medley of Morello cherry, stewed apple, raspberries, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, and a hint of beeswax.

Taste: Richly layered with caramel, toffee apples, cherry, a whisper of liquorice, and a subtle kick of cracked black pepper.

Finish: A delicate interplay of fruity berries, menthol, and herbaceous tones, complemented by a trace of barrel char or soft peat. Gently drying with lingering notes of oak, dried fruits, and aged tea. Medium in length.
