Color: dark red / brown
Nose: “cowshed with cherries and berries” only if there’s such a thing. Smoldering oak with milk chocolate and white fruits. All this combined with soft gentle peat smoke.
Taste: fresh and fruity at first with blueberries and strawberries. Then much more earthy notes with oak, Sezhuan pepper and of eminent peat smoke. Some herbs to come at play at this point.
Finish: not too heavy and overall a wonderful warming. Again, a fantastic combination of herbs and peat smoke.
