This rum is produced with 'Grade A' molasses from Guatemala. The fermentation lasted 6 days and reached in two stages. A blend of three different yeasts is used for the first fermentation, followed by 3 days of fermentation with wild yeasts.

Nose: Williams pear, green bananas, amaretti biscuits.
Taste: Silky smooth with floral and fruity vanilla notes.
Finish: Lingering flavors of warm spiced fruitcake with crisp apples and juicy pears.
