This typical Hampden bottling is marked Diamond H, which belongs to the category of an ester content between 900 and 1000 gr/HLPA (after distillation). The rum is fully matured in Jamaica for 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength. During maturation, the Angel's Share has passed 40%.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense and concentrated. Pineapple, black olives, and notes of star anise.
Taste: Full body and refined. Banana, almond paste, acetone.
Finish: Deep. Citrus fruit, notes of hydrocarbon.
